Before participating in the Lazise Love Run<\/strong>, we invite you to carefully read the official race regulations. REGULATIONS AND INFORMATION<\/b><\/h5>

VRM TEAM ASD<\/b> in collaboration with the Municipality of Lazise organizes the 2nd edition of LAZISE LOVE RUN, a non-competitive walking event under the auspices of UISP. <\/p>

SCHEDULE<\/b><\/h5>

The event will take place on Sunday, February 8, 2026<\/p>

Meeting point: <\/b>from 07:00 at Dogana Veneta in Lazise (VR)<\/p>

Start: <\/b>09:30 at Piazza Vittorio Emanuele Lazise (VR)<\/p>

THE TIME LIMIT IS SET AT 1H45\u2019.<\/b><\/p>

After this time, the organization will no longer be able to guarantee assistance on the course and refreshments; anyone still on the race course must comply with traffic regulations.<\/p>

COURSE CHARACTERISTICS<\/b><\/h5>

The competition takes place over a distance of 10 km.<\/b><\/p>

The course winds through the suburban roads, city streets, and the historic center of Lazise (VR)<\/p>

The event is open to all runners of any age.<\/p>

Dogs are not allowed. <\/p>

Registration Methods<\/b><\/h5>

Registrations are open until February 6, 2026, or until 1,200 entries are reached and can be made online through the avaibooksports.com website at the link https:\/\/www.avaibooksports.com\/inscripcion\/lazise-love-run-2026\/<\/a><\/p>

You can register on Saturday, February 7th at the Dogana Veneta in Lazise, from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. <\/p>

Registration is considered effective and confirmed when all the required information in the registration form is provided correctly and the payment is made, confirmed, and accepted by the organization.<\/p>

Non-competitive race registration fees<\/b><\/h5>

The registration costs:<\/b><\/p>

  • 14 euros for the first 150 registrants<\/li>
  • 16 euros from 151 to 300 registrants<\/li>
  • 18 euros from 301 to 500 registrants<\/li>
  • 22 euros from 501 to 700 registrants<\/li>
  • 26 euros from 701 to 1200 registrants<\/li><\/ul>

    <\/p>

    The registration fee includes:<\/b><\/p>

    • Bib number;<\/li>
    • Goodie Bag with t-shirt;<\/li>
    • Time tracking;<\/li>
    • RCT insurance with race accident coverage;<\/li>
    • Medical-health plan;<\/li>
    • Possible return transport in case of injury;<\/li>
    • Organizational and assistance services described in these regulations;<\/li>
    • Refreshments during and after the competition;<\/li>
    • Medal for all finishers.<\/li><\/ul>

      <\/p>

      Registration Fee Refund<\/b><\/p>

      No refunds of the registration fee are provided under any circumstances.<\/p>

      It is possible to transfer your already purchased bib number until January 30, 2026.<\/p>

      In this case, the incoming competitor must pay the administration fees and the difference between the fee paid by the transferor and the fee in effect at the time of the change request.<\/p>

      It is also possible to postpone the registration to 2027 by paying the administration fees by January 30, 2026.<\/p>

      The cost of the administration fees is 5 euros.<\/b><\/p>

      Bib Collection<\/b><\/h5>

      The bib can be collected upon presentation of a photo ID at Dogana Veneta in Piazzetta Partenio,13 in Lazise:<\/p>

      • Saturday, February 7 from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM <\/b><\/li>
      • Sunday, February 8 from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM<\/b><\/li><\/ul>

        PERSONAL CLOTHING BAG PICK-UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE IS PROVIDED <\/b><\/p>

        Bag drop-off near the start\/finish area, Sunday morning by 9:15 AM. <\/p>

        CHANGING ROOMS AND SHOWERS ARE AVAILABLE. <\/b><\/p>

        Race changing room near the start\/finish area, from 8:00 AM. <\/p>

        Shower service in the gym on Via Salvo D’Acquisto from 10:30 AM. <\/p>

        Refreshments<\/span><\/p>

        Refreshments on the route: there will be a refreshment station on the route just before the 5th km. <\/p>

        Refreshment at the end: after the finish, there will be a refreshment open to all participants <\/p>

        SAFETY AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE<\/h5>

        Safety and Medical Assistance will be ensured by the organization’s volunteers stationed along the course, by medical personnel (doctors, civil protection volunteers), etc. The medical personnel, civil protection, and communication vehicles will have their operational base (start\/finish area). Additionally, rescue vehicles will move as needed along the course in areas accessible to the organization’s vehicles. The medical personnel and civil protection volunteers are organized to provide assistance to those in need, with their own means or through affiliated organizations. The rescue vehicles, control posts, are equipped with radios in permanent contact with the race’s logistics base, in the finish area in the square. Every athlete must immediately withdraw from the race if ordered by the medical delegate. <\/p>

        INSURANCE<\/h5>

        The organization subscribes to civil liability insurance for the entire duration of the event. Participation in the event is, however, under the full responsibility of the competitors, who, by registering, waive any claims against the organizers in case of damages and further consequences that may arise from the race. By registering for the race, the competitor declares to know and accept the terms of the civil liability insurance stipulated by the organization with UNIPOLSAI Assicurazioni (the insurance conditions are available upon simple request) and declares to accept the limits specified by the insurance itself. <\/p>

        DECLARATION OF RESPONSIBILITY – Acceptance of the regulations<\/h5>

        By registering, the competitor declares to know and fully accept the regulations of the \u201cLazise Love Run\u201d, published on the website www.laziseloverun.it.<\/p>

        They also declare under their express responsibility to have undergone adequate training and to have undergone the medical checks required by the current regulations D.M. 18\/02\/82 and 28\/02\/83, thus exempting the organizers from any civil and criminal liability.<\/p>

        IMAGE RIGHTS<\/h5>

        By registering for the event, the athlete expressly authorizes the organizers, together with partners and media partners, to acquire the right to use free of charge any still or moving images that may portray them during their participation in the \u201cLazise Love Run\u201d, on all visual supports, as well as on promotional and\/or advertising materials, worldwide and for the maximum time allowed by laws, regulations, and treaties in force, including any extensions that may be made to the period provided.<\/p>

        Organizers’ Responsibility<\/b><\/p>

        The organization, while availing itself of all guarantees related to the course, assumes no responsibility for any accidents or damages. Each athlete is asked to provide for themselves. No civil or criminal liability is accepted for unforeseeable events. <\/p>

        FINAL WARNINGS<\/h5>

        The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time for reasons it deems appropriate for better organization of the race, after having communicated and obtained approval from FIDAL. For anything not provided for in these regulations, the technical statutory regulations of FIDAL and G.G.G. apply. Any changes to services, locations, and times will be appropriately communicated to registered athletes or will be reported on the website www.laziseloverun.it. Additionally, the documentation containing essential information for participating in the race will be delivered by the organization together with the bib. <\/p>
